The Replenished Woman Collective is a 12-week guided experience for women who are ready to rebuild their foundations — physically, emotionally, hormonally, and energetically — in a way that supports their real lives.

This is not a program about pushing harder or fixing yourself.
It’s an invitation to slow down, nourish deeply, and learn how to work with your body instead of against it.

Some women arrive feeling depleted or overwhelmed.
Others feel functional but disconnected — unsure how to eat, rest, or care for themselves in a way that truly feels supportive.

How the 12 Weeks Are Structured

The Collective moves through intentional phases, allowing change to unfold naturally:

Phase One: Replenish

Body & Nervous System Nourishment

We begin by restoring what’s been depleted.

Focus:
Foundational nourishment, blood sugar balance, digestion and liver support, nervous system regulation, and gently releasing survival mode.

Phase Two: Regulate

Emotional Healing & Stress Response Support

With the body more supported, we focus on emotional regulation and resilience.

Focus:
Reducing overwhelm, understanding emotional patterns, trauma-informed nervous system practices, somatic support, and creating emotional space.

Phase Three: Rebuild

Strength, Metabolic Support & Confidence

Once regulation is in place, we begin rebuilding strength — inside and out.

Focus:
Supportive strength training, metabolic health, hormone-aligned movement, sustainable routines, and rebuilding trust with the body.

Phase Four: Rise

Integration, Identity & Sustainable Self-Leadership

The final phase is about embodiment and integration.

Focus:
Boundaries, aligned routines, emotional maturity, self-worth, and designing a life that supports long-term wellbeing.

The Replenished Woman Collective is a 12-week guided group experience supporting sustainable wellbeing through nourishment, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-trust.

Payment plans are available to support accessibility.
All payments are completed prior to the program start date.

To protect the integrity of the work and the depth of connection, each cohort is intentionally limited to 5–8 women and begins every 14 weeks.

Optional 1:1 Coaching Session

For women who desire additional personalized support, you may add a private 1:1 coaching session to your Collective experience.

This 60-minute session can be scheduled at any point during the 12-week program and is designed to help you:

• Receive individualized guidance
• Explore personal challenges more deeply
• Integrate the Collective work into your real life
